currently on summer holiday (CA up first, then TX and the states that lie between there and NYC). in the meantime, a classic summertime favorite that is quintessentially new york, and the essence of summer, to hold you over until my glorious return.

summer looks like this (williamsburg edition)

my littlest one, my darling cassie, hopped on her lucky star and graced the state of new york with her presence. catching up over pitchers of white sangria, palm in palm walks through williamsburg, and delectable nibbles are how old friends connect. not to mention that her shape compliments mine perfectly, tall and small, to provide the warmest of embraces.
