october outing

yes, the song i have on repeat just so happens share a super-cheesy-super-literal title to correlate to the photos. "yachting" in autumn in central park,  with a central coast red wine, and a french school girl ensemble for the occasion.
on the water (thanks kyle w. for yet another grand recommendation)

while he's eyeing your stockings

the view from my desk, Mamma Andersson "Dead End"
been out of the loop for quite some time (technical difficulties). here's a pu-pu platter of happenings, inspiration, habits, a dash of narcissism, and jeff goldblum circa "annie hall." not at all random.

sundaze

central park, easter picnic
jackie and mccall did a lovely, bordering on ridiculous, job of putting together the quintessential springtime afternoon in the park. complete with pastels, crumpets, macaroons, pinwheels, daffodils, bonnets, champagne (to be drunk out of dainty goblets of course), tea sandwiches, and even an honorary bunny.
a serious picnic-er
crows feet
to round out the day, a clinton & rivington late brunch
rooftop sunset, lower east side
i don't think any of this will ever get old.

missed connection

with autumn. i savored that last measly portions of it, and milked it for all that it was worth. milked a photo shoot in central park with my sister and my ernie; searching for the fullest tree with the strongest hue, and scrounging up its fallen remnants in hopes to grasp onto whatever moment of the season that might remain.
tangled ornamental balloons, a highline view.
falling for the whole julian plenti album, especially "on the esplanade"
